This week for FHE, we learned about the 2,000 Stripling Warriors from the Book of Mormon. Again. This is one of Emma's favorite scripture stories, and as it was her turn to teach the lesson, we were blessed with yet another recital of the tale, along with some cool crafts.
Frank was in charge of the snack, & chose "naked cookies" (aka sugar cookies) because "the warriors are naked" in the pictures in the scriptures. What a little goober.
(Is anyone else having trouble with loading pictures with Blogger? They look fine on my computer, but when they upload they look terrible!)

Love the "naked cookies" how cute. You always seem to have really great FHEs. What a great mom!
Cute ideas...and I can relate to missing a vacation spot. With this 100 degree weather, I along with Reagan (who asks everyday why we live in the desert) am ready to pick up and relocate to a cooler climate. Colorado, Pinetop, anywhere but here! (at least till winter!)
Go warriors!
I am convinced that altho the stripling warriors were great and got the job done...Father in Heaven has saved the brightest and best for these days.
These kids are SOOOOO smart and way ahead of the rest of us (just don't let them know that).
Thanks for teaching them what they need to know to be successful!
So cute! You really do have great FHE ideas, (I never do). No problems with pics for me but have not been up to date with the blog lately.
Cute as ever! You are such a good, creative mom. Will you come to our house?
